Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible, your item must be unused, in its original packaging and in resalable condition with all accessories included. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, email info@asaving.co.nz or phone +64 21 262 4414. Returns are sent to: Asaving Limited, Unit 12, 375 East Tamaki Road, East Tāmaki, Auckland 2013, New Zealand. Please contact us before sending items back.

Damages and issues – Please inspect your order on arrival and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or incorrect, so we can put it right.

Change-of-mind returns – Return shipping is paid by the customer and original shipping charges are non-refundable. Custom or special-order items cannot be returned for change of mind.

Refunds – Once we receive and inspect your return we will confirm whether the refund is approved. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5 business days.

Warranty – Paging and calling systems carry a 2-year warranty against manufacturing faults. Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the NZ Consumer Guarantees Act 1993.
