Slight variations in product design, packaging, or specifications may occur due to manufacturer updates.
All Products sold are intended for commercial and professional use (restaurants, cafés, clinics, warehouses, etc.).

3. Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in New Zealand Dollars (NZD) unless otherwise stated.
Prices may change without notice, but confirmed orders will not be affected.
Payments are securely processed via Shopify’s integrated payment gateways.

4. Shipping & Delivery

We ship from New Zealand and Australia warehouses to ensure fast delivery.
Standard processing time is 1–3 business days, with shipping times depending on your location.
Customers are responsible for providing correct delivery information. We are not liable for delays caused by courier services or incorrect addresses.

5. Warranty & Returns

All paging systems include a 24-month warranty against manufacturing defects.
Warranty does not cover misuse, accidental damage, liquid damage, or unauthorized modifications.
Returns for faulty items must be requested within 30 days of receipt. Proof of purchase is required.
Change-of-mind returns may be accepted at our discretion and may incur a restocking fee.

6. Limitation of Liability

Asaving Limited is not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our Products.
Paging systems must be installed and used in accordance with manufacturer guidelines.
Customers are responsible for ensuring compatibility of Products with their intended use.
