Common questions

Paging system or calling system – which one do I need?

A paging system notifies customers (the pager buzzes when their order is ready). A calling system notifies staff (a button on the table or bedside alerts a waiter or nurse). Many venues use both.

What range do the systems have?

Most systems work over 400–1000 m in open space. Indoors, allow roughly half the rated distance. For large or multi-level venues, call us and we will recommend the right transmitter.

Do I need an electrician or any wiring?

No. Transmitters plug into a standard power point, pagers and buttons are battery or rechargeable, and everything arrives pre-paired.

Are there monthly fees?

No. You buy the system once and it is yours. There are no subscriptions.

How fast is delivery in New Zealand?

Orders dispatch from Auckland, usually within 1–2 business days, and arrive at most NZ addresses 1–3 business days later.
