Q: How do I pair a new pager?
A: Press the "Learn" key on the back of the pager (LED flashes), then press a number (1β999) + ENTER on the keypad within 5 seconds. When the number shows on the pager's screen, pairing is complete.
Q: Can I change the alert mode?
A: Yes β press the MODE button on the back of the pager to cycle through the 3 prompt modes; the pager displays the current mode.
Q: How long does each alert last?
A: The reminder runs for 60 seconds, or the customer can press STOP on the pager to acknowledge it.
Q: Does the keypad work without mains power?
A: The WPS165 keypad transmitter needs to be plugged in with the supplied power adaptor during use.
Q: Can two counters call the same pager?
A: Yes β one pager can be paired with two transmitters for calling from different areas.
